The HVAC Technician will primarily service residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires both independent problem-solving and teamwork to maintain optimal system performance during regular business hours. The technician will ensure customer satisfaction through effective maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair on residential HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot system issues to identify and resolve malfunctions
- Test HVAC systems to verify proper operation
- Provide customer support and service recommendations
- Work independently and collaboratively with team members
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC service and maintenance
- Technical certification in HVAC or related field
- EPA Section 608 Certification
- Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills
- Knowledge of electrical systems and refrigeration
- Excellent customer service abilities
