Responsibilities
- Mix chemical batches by following blend sheets and production procedures
- Operate pumps, valves, meters, tanks, and blending equipment
- Weigh, measure, and transfer raw materials accurately
- Complete tank hook-ups and maintain inventory records
- Record production information and perform basic computer data entry
- Follow all PPE, safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures
Requirements
- Previous chemical blending or chemical handling experience required
- Current forklift certification required
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a TWIC card
- Basic math and computer data entry skills
- Must be available to work flexible day or night shifts
- Able to work safely in PPE and varying plant temperatures
