We are seeking a Service Titan Trained Service/Install Technician to join our team! You will perform field service and install for both residential and commercial HVAC systems in order to drive company success.
This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of five years of experience in the HVAC industry.
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of the HVAC sequence of operations
- Ability to diagnose and repair faulty residential and commercial HVAC equipment
- Clean driving record and safe operation of company vehicles
- Ability to navigate Service Titan, our business operating system
- Perform maintenance services and recommend system upgrades to support business growth
- Perform all maintenance, service repairs and full system replacements to meet or exceed customer's expectations
- Comply with all company safety and procedural requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of field service and install of residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal customer communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders and work in all weather conditions
- Service Titan experience is preferred
