What We're Looking For
2-5 years of HVAC installation experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Trainability
- Service Titan experience is a plus
- A solid work ethic and a positive attitude
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in customers' homes
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Requirements
- Must pass a drug test
- Must pass a background check
Job Responsibilities
- Install traditional split systems, mini splits, all-in-one/packaged systems & IAQ
- Fabricating and installing sheet metal
- Brazing
- Communicate cost, findings and recommendations to customers
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Provide an outstanding customer experience on every call
