HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. If you're passionate about providing exceptional customer service, diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems correctly the first time, and want to work for a company that values its employees, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
- Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to homeowners
- Complete service tickets accurately using our mobile software
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
- Follow company procedures and safety standards
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every call
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
- EPA Certification (Required)
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to repair:
- Gas Furnaces
- Heat Pumps
- Straight Cool Systems
- Mini Split Systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments
- NATE Certification (Preferred but not required)
