About the Role: Right Guys Heating & Air is looking for a motivated HVAC Install Helper to join our growing team in Fort Mill, SC! This is a fantastic opportunity to get your hands dirty, learn the trade, and build a rewarding career in the HVAC industry alongside experienced professionals.
Responsibilities: - Assist lead HVAC technicians with the installation of heating and cooling systems
- Help transport, stage, and position HVAC equipment and materials on job sites
- Support ductwork installation, fabrication, and sealing tasks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on all job sites
- Load and unload equipment, tools, and supplies from company vehicles
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures during installations
- Communicate effectively with lead installers and team members throughout the workday
Requirements: - Prior HVAC experience required - willingness to learn is a must
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting 50+ lbs and working in tight spaces
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up ready to work
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with a positive, team-player attitude
