The HVAC Installation Technician Apprentice will join a dynamic construction company, receiving hands-on, on-site training under the guidance of a dedicated mentor. This role focuses on installing HVAC systems primarily in commercial and industrial environments, providing valuable real-world experience essential for career development in HVAC services.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of HVAC systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Follow safety protocols during all installation tasks
- Support the team in interpreting blueprints and installation plans
- Handle and maintain HVAC installation tools effectively
- Collaborate with mentor and team members to resolve installation challenges
- Learn and apply problem-solving techniques throughout installations
- Communicate progress and issues clearly with supervisors and team
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in the HVAC industry or completion of a formal HVAC trade school program
