What You'll Do
- Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC/R equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and combustion issues
- Complete electronic work orders using Housecall Pro
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and work area
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
Equipment You'll Work On
- Air conditioners
- Heat pumps
- Furnaces
- Boilers
- Ductless systems
- Rooftop units
- Walk-in coolers and freezers
- Reach-in refrigeration
- Ice machines
- Exhaust and make-up air systems
Qualifications
- Valid Connecticut D-2 or S-2 HVAC/R license
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Professional attitude and communication
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Experience We Value
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- Commercial refrigeration
- Walk-in coolers and freezers
- Ice machines
- Exhaust and make-up air systems
- VRF/VRV systems
- Sheet metal experience
