Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field service industry
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC/R systems, repair, and maintenance practices
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; van driving experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently across various environments
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- EPA Universal Certification required; NATE certification is a plus
Your Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in residential and commercial settings
- Diagnose issues using tools such as an Ohmmeter and other diagnostic equipment
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to understand system designs
- Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
- Collaborate with team members to build and design efficient HVAC solutions tailored to client needs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all service operations
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices
- Keep your service vehicle stocked, clean, and organized
