- 1 year experience with new construction installation of forced air heating, air conditioning, ductless mini split, and heat pump systems
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record
- No criminal record
- Clean and neat appearance with good customer service skills and a great work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all types of customers and coworkers, Bilingual is a plus
- Super organization skills
- Problem solving skills
- Willing to work overtime, as needed
- Regular job duties include full installations/new construction
- Job also includes basic systems like air handlers, furnace, coils, outdoor units, gas packs,
- While working on installations you will also do light construction work in order to install the unit such as fabricate small duct work, electrical wiring, drilling, etc.
- Must be able to carry out instructions with little to no supervision
- Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
