What You'll Do
- Service Techs: Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Install Techs: Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and accessories
- Communicate clearly with customers and the office team
- Deliver quality workmanship and take pride in your craft
️ What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of HVAC experience (service or install)
- EPA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Someone who wants a long-term home with a stable company
