Job Title: HVAC Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to residential and/or commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems
  • Diagnose system issues and perform necessary repairs in a timely manner
  • Conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards
  • Test HVAC systems for proper operation and performance
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs, recommendations, and costs
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation
  • Respond to emergency service calls as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification preferred
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
  • EPA Section 608 Certification (required)
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety procedures
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces or varying weather conditions

Work Environment:
