Commerical HVAC Technician - New Haven, CT
Join a professional team supporting a large medical office facility in New Haven.
Requirements:
- EPA refrigerant certification
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience
- Experience with boilers, AHUs, pumps, cooling towers, heat pumps, and DX systems
- Knowledge of building controls and automation systems
- Ability to read blueprints and use basic Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities:
- Perform HVAC maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting
- Maintain heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
- Complete work orders and maintenance records
- Assist with general building maintenance as needed
