Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- Service and install boilers, furnaces, central air conditioning, mini-splits, oil, gas, and propane burners.
- Build and maintain a trusting business relationship with customer base.
- Clean and maintain work area, vehicles, shop, and office.
- Train and share knowledge with coworkers, vendors, and customers.
Required skills:
- Must be good at troubleshooting and problem solving
- Must be personable and have good customer service
- Must be honest and trustworthy
- Must be hardworking, enjoy what you do, and take pride in your work
- Must be a team player and work well with others
Required work experience:
- 3-5 years in the HVAC field
- B2, D2, or S2 licensing
Preferred certification/ licensing:
- S2 licensing
- EPA certification
- CT drivers license with clean record
- CDL-B with Hazmat beneficial (not required)
