We are looking for a CDL A Driver in Saco, Maine, offering a pay rate of $33 per hour. Pay & Schedule Details
- Pay Rate: $33 per hour + $75/night per diem, OT after 40 hours
- Estimated Weekly Gross: $1,500
- Schedule: Monday/Tuesday - Thursday/Friday
- Employment Type: Temp to Perm
Job Details
- Route Type: Regional routes to NH/VT and back to ME, layover in sleeper
- Freight: Hauling pre-hung doors to milwork stores, about 7-12 stops per day
- Handling: Tailgate the doors (100-125 lbs each), receivers will finish the unload
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional routes safely and efficiently
- Ensure timely delivery of freight
- Maintain communication with dispatch and customers
Minimum Requirements
- Valid CDL A
- 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
