We are looking for an HVAC Lead Installer to join our team! As an Installer with us, you will maintain, troubleshoot, install, and repair ventilation, heating, and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial settings.
We Offer:
- Wages and incentives are paid out weekly via direct deposit - Earn $80 - 130k+ annually, depending on performance

Qualifications:
- 5 years+ of experience in HVAC service and installation
- Working knowledge of national codes and practices
- EPA certification
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy equipment
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
