What You'll Do
- Run residential service and repair calls: water heaters, fixtures, repipes, drain issues, leaks, gas lines, and general plumbing diagnostics
- Deliver a premium customer experience - clean job sites, clear communication, and honest options presented on every call
- Build accurate estimates and present options using ServiceTitan on a company-provided iPad
- Maintain your truck, inventory, and paperwork to company standards
What We're Looking For
- Journeyman Plumber (License preferred, but we can help!) or ability to obtain reciprocity quickly
- 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills and comfort presenting options to homeowners
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- A team-first attitude, we're building something, and culture matters here
