Responsibilities
Diagnose, service and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini splits, and related system inspections
Preform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
Explain repair options and recommendations to costumers in a professional manner.
Ensure all work is completed safely and meets company quality standards.
Maintain a clean work area and company vehicle.
Complete service reports and installation paperwork.
Qualifications
HVAC experience preferred (installation, service or both)
EPA Certification required or ability to obtain
Valid driver's license with clean record
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and work in attic, crawl spaces and outdoor conditions
Good communication and customer service skills
Reliable, honest and team oriented.
