Certified Welder Needed - Join Our Dynamic Team and Make an Impact!
Are you a skilled welder with a passion for precision and quality? As a vital part of our operations, you'll perform MIG (GMAW) or TIG welding on sub-assemblies and finished products, ensuring every weld meets strict standards for strength and durability. Required Skills:- Ability to interpret work instructions and read prints
- Prior welding experience supporting production environments
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
Nice to Have Skills:- Experience with air arc gouging on steel
- Welding to print specifications
Preferred Education and Experience:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Related welding experience in a production setting
Other Requirements:- Ability to follow all safety, PPE, and quality system requirements
- Willingness to participate in team meetings and continuous improvement activities
- Ability to operate shop equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes as needed
Salary Range: $24 - $38 per hour, depending on experience
