Rock Service Pros is looking to hire HVAC Field Service Technicians to join our team and deliver exceptional on-site service. You'll be the face of our company, providing expert repairs, services, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal operation of appliances, HVAC systems and issues. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair issues on HVAC jobs.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
- Install new systems or components following safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Lead small teams or coordinate with other technicians during service calls when necessary.
- Maintain detailed service reports, work logs, and documentation for each job performed using our ServiceTitan platform for job tracking.
- Communicate clearly with customers about repair processes, system operation, and maintenance recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on appliance repair and HVAC fields.
- Hands-on experience with equipment repair, installation, and maintenance in construction or related fields is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership skills or experience supervising or mentoring junior technicians is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in diverse environments.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; willingness to travel frequently for on-site visits.
