We're looking for a motivated HVAC Installer/Service Technician who takes pride in craftsmanship, delivers exceptional customer service, and wants to grow with a company that invests in its people. What You'll Do Install residential heating and cooling systems, including heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioners, mini-splits, and indoor air quality products. Perform service, diagnostics, and repairs on residential HVAC equipment. Complete startup, commissioning, and system testing. Follow all EPA, manufacturer, and safety guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized jobsite and company vehicle. Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain work performed. Complete digital work orders, photos, and documentation. What We're Looking For 2+ years of HVAC installation or service experience preferred. EPA Section 608 Certification (required). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills. Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors. Positive attitude, dependable, and team-oriented.
