Pay & Schedule
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM - $18.74/hr
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:30 PM - 2:00 AM - $19.54/hr (includes $0.80 shift differential)
What You'll Do
- Operate robotic welding equipment.
- Load metal parts into welding fixtures and remove completed parts.
- Perform visual quality inspections to ensure welds meet specifications.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stay focused and manage multiple workstations when needed.
- Good hand dexterity and comfort working with gloves.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required-we're looking for dependable people with a strong work ethic.
