Welder/Fitter
Pay: $25/hr
Hours:2nd shift: 4:30pm - 3am Mon-Thur
Location: Catoosa
Weld Test: 1G plate test double bevel 1 in thick. 0.45 wire, bend tested
We are currently hiring experienced Welders/Fitters for a manufacturing facility located at the Port of Catoosa. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Fit and weld structural steel components according to blueprints and specifications
- Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret welding symbols and measurements
- Perform quality checks on completed welds
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements
- Must have 2 years of welding experience
- Must be able to pass weld test and drug screening prior to employment
- Proficient with Mig welding, Metal Core is a plus
- Must pass a 5-panel drug screen
- No felony convictions within the past 7 years
