The Production Machine Operator is responsible for converting raw materials into finished products according to production orders while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process.
Position Details

- Pay: Based on experience
- Schedule: Full-time with overtime available as needed
Responsibilities
- Operate, set up, and adjust production machinery to produce finished products according to specifications.
- Convert raw materials into finished products while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods.
- Inspect products for quality and accurately complete inspection records.
- Package finished products according to job order requirements.
- Record production data, including time, materials, packaging, and other required information.
- Perform routine machine maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials and finished products.
- Keep production and warehouse areas clean and organized.
- Follow all safety procedures and support.
- Assist in training Machine Operator Trainees.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
- Experience operating printing presses, printing equipment, or as a Press Operator is highly preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and use measuring devices for product inspection.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform basic equipment maintenance.
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
