Production Operator - Food Manufacturing
Denton, TX $19.00/hr Temp-to-Hire
We are hiring Production Operators for a food manufacturing facility in Denton, TX. This is a physically demanding position in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Pay & Benefits
- $19.00/hour
- Temp-to-Hire
- $4.00/hour pay increase upon permanent hire
- Shift differential available after permanent placement

Responsibilities
- Support production operations in a food manufacturing facility
- Perform general labor and material handling duties
- Clean production equipment and work areas
- Handle food-grade ingredients, including flour, spices, and other materials
- Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
Work Environment - Please Read Before Applying
This is not a climate-controlled warehouse position. The work is physically demanding, and employees should be comfortable working in challenging conditions.
You can expect:
- Hot, humid, and dusty work areas
- Exposure to flour, spices, and other food-grade ingredients
- Frequent cleaning of production equipment and work areas
- Wet and slippery floors due to flour and water buildup
- Continuous standing, bending, lifting, and physical activity
- New employees often begin in production areas where cleaning is a significant part of the job

Requirements
- Steel-toe shoes required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- No fake nails, acrylics, gel nails, or nail polish
- No jewelry, including rings, watches, bracelets, necklaces, or facial jewelry
- No exposed piercings
- Must maintain good personal hygiene
- Hair restraints, beard nets, and other required PPE must be worn
- Must follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
