Pay: $24-$35 per hour (Based on Experience)
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person
Location: Boring, OR

What You'll Do

As a fabricator/welder, you'll play a key role in the construction and finishing of dump truck bodies from start to finish, including:

  • MIG welding and fabricating structural components according to design specifications
  • Performing finish MIG welds using .035 hardwire and .045 core wire
  • Measuring, fitting, and assembling parts with precision
  • Preparing surfaces through sanding and grinding for painting and coatings
  • Assisting with paint preparation and finishing processes
  • Assembling of the finished products and conducting quality inspections before delivery
  • Working efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications

  • Proven welding and fabrication experience
  • Experience MIG Welding with .035 hardwire and .045 core wire
  • Ability to accurately measure and mark lines for layout
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
  • Understanding of welding and fabrication safety practices
  • Ability to pass a weld test during the interview process

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience With Machining Processes
  • Forklift Operating Experience (Certification A Plus)
