Blender / Extrusion Operator
- Pay: $19/HR
- Schedule: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Mon-Fri (Training on 1st shift)
- Location: Houston, TX 77041
- PPE: Steel-toed boots required

The Blender mixes and pre-forms materials for thread seal tape production. Core Responsibilities:
- Mixing & Pre-forming: Weigh and measure PTFE resins, pigments, and lubricants; operate pre-forming equipment to create billets for extrusion.
- Extrusion Operation: Set up and operate extrusion lines, ensuring continuous product flow using correct tooling and dies.
- Quality Control: Use gauges, calipers, and micrometers to verify products meet exact specifications.
- Inventory & Logistics: Move resin drums to storage, maintain accurate material records, and tag finished jumbo rolls.
- Maintenance: Clean and inspect equipment regularly to ensure safe, optimal operating conditions. INCLUDING SWEEPING/CLEANING/DETAILING AREA.
Qualifications:
- Accredited High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to lift/move up to 35 lbs frequently.
- Physical capability to stand, stoop, and bend for extended periods.
