Our technicians provide professional air duct, dryer vent, and HVAC system cleaning services for both residential and commercial customers. We are committed to exceptional customer service, quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Clean air ducts, dryer vents, and HVAC systems using professional equipment and industry-approved methods.
  • Remove dust, debris, and contaminants to improve indoor air quality and system performance.
  • Inspect ductwork and HVAC components for damage, excessive buildup, leaks, or other issues.
  • Operate specialized equipment, including rotary brush systems, HEPA vacuums, air compressors, and inspection cameras.
  • Perform routine maintenance and recommend additional services and products when appropriate.
  • Set up and protect customer homes and businesses before beginning work.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, explain services performed, answer questions, and provide recommendations when needed.
  • Complete service documentation accurately and report any concerns to management.
  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean, safe working condition.
  • Follow all company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized job site.
  • Stay current on industry best practices, equipment, and cleaning techniques.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience in air duct cleaning, HVAC, construction, maintenance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new skills quickly.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Professional appearance and outstanding customer service skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable.

Preferred Certifications (Not Required)

  • NADCA Certification
  • EPA Section 608 Certification
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification

Physical Requirements

  • Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Work comfortably in attics, crawl spaces, basements, rooftops, and other confined areas.
  • Climb ladders and work at varying heights.
  • Stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach for extended periods.
  • Work in dusty environments while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
