Job Summary
We are currently seeking skilled Welders with MIG and TIG experience to join a growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in precision work and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metals including aluminum, steel, and stainless steel
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and production drawings
- Complete fit-ups and weld assemblies according to specifications
- Weld in all positions and directions as required
- Build fixtures and jigs to improve production efficiency
- Perform metal finishing when needed
- Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
- Pass welding certification tests based on job requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of welding experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and written instructions
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Safety and quality focused mindset
- Dependable, accountable, and positive attitude
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
