Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay: $27-$32/hour Paid Weekly

Gillmann Services, Inc. is looking for an experienced Lead Welder to join our Cincinnati team. This is a hands-on role in structural steel fabrication, including beams, handrails, and stairs.
What You'll Do
- Fabricate and weld structural steel, handrails, and stairs
- Read and follow blueprints and specifications
- Set up and prep materials before welding, grinding, or fabrication
- Follow all industry safety practices
- Lead by example in the shop and assist team members as needed
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in structural steel fabrication
- Skilled in MIG welding
- Able to read and interpret blueprints
- Knowledge of shop safety and material protection
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass drug test and background check
