Residential HVAC Service Manager

We're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Manager to lead our growing service team in Austin. Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Residential HVAC Service Technicians.
- Oversee daily service operations, scheduling, dispatch coordination, and technician productivity.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including revenue, customer satisfaction, callback rates, and maintenance agreements.
- Conduct ride-alongs to provide technical guidance, coaching, and sales development.
- Support technicians with complex troubleshooting and customer concerns.
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain top HVAC talent.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, EPA regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with installation, dispatch, and customer service teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Manage service inventory, fleet readiness, tools, and equipment.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- EPA Certification required.
- Strong diagnostic and technical HVAC knowledge.
- Proven leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Experience managing service performance and KPIs.
- ServiceTitan or similar field service software experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
