We're searching for a skilled Lead Assembler who enjoys building high-quality products,
solving problems, and helping teammates succeed.
If you have at least 2 years of assembly experience, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a knack for leading by example, we'd love to have you join our fellowship.
Your Mission
Assemble products and components according to specifications and quality standards.
Read and follow work instructions and assembly drawings.
Lead by example demonstrating quality workmanship, efficiency, and safe practices.
Assist the Operations Manager with coordinating daily workflow and keeping production on
track.
Train and lead new team members while fostering a positive team environment.
Communicate production issues and opportunities for improvement.
Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and quality.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience required.
Previous experience as a lead assembler, team lead, or informal leadership role (1+ year).
Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and technical drawings.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to quality.
