Modern Mechanical Services is seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing team serving the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment
- Service RTUs, air handlers, split systems, and commercial refrigeration equipment
- Read wiring diagrams and equipment schematics
- Complete service documentation and work orders
- Communicate repair recommendations with customers
Requirements
- 4+ years of Commercial HVAC Service experience
- Universal EPA Certification
- Active Texas TDLR Registration preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
