Lead Install/Changeout Technician - HVAC Superhero Wanted
Are you the kind of tech who can drop in, swap out an old unit, install a new one, and still have enough patience left to teach the rookie the difference between a crescent wrench and channel locks? If so, we want you on our team.
We're an HVAC company in West Texas, and we're looking for a Lead Install/Changeout Technician who knows their way around both indoor and outdoor units, and who isn't afraid of a little West Texas sun while doing it.
What You'll Do (besides look cool in a tool belt):
- Lead installation and changeout of HVAC systems (both indoor & outdoor units).
- Train and mentor an apprentice or helper who's still figuring out which end of the screwdriver to use.
- Ensure every job is done clean, safe, and right-the first time.
- Represent the company with professionalism, customer-first attitude, and maybe even a smile (bonus points).
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HVAC installs/changeouts (both sides of the wall).
- EPA certification (because rules are rules).
- Own tools (no, your cousin's rusty socket set doesn't count).
- Clean driving record (our trucks are for A/C units, not demolition derbies).
- Leadership skills: able to run a job and show the new guy how it's done without losing your cool.
- Must Pass Background check and Drug Test
