LPN or RN Charge Nurse 11pm to 7am
Job Summary:
Ingraham Manor Rehab and Nursing is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LPN or RN Charge Nurse to join our team in Bristol, CT. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to our patients while leading and mentoring our nursing staff.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and providing treatments
Lead and mentor a team of nursing staff, including LPNs, CNAs, and other support staff
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Monitor and report on patient progress, identifying and addressing any concerns or issues
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and nursing practice
Requirements:
Current LPN or RN licensure in the state of Connecticut
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
