Charge Nurse (RN / LPN)

Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff in maintaining high standards of patient care
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
Conduct and document patient assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes
Coordinate and participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
Demonstrate a strong understanding of Medication Administration, Vital Signs, and Wound Care
Participate in staff education and training programs to maintain current knowledge and skills
Requirements:
Valid CT RN or LPN license in good standing
1 year of experience preferred, but new grads welcome
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
