You'll take the lead on all roof-related work and help deliver top-tier solar installations that power California homes.Key ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret solar plan sets and layoutsInstall residential solar systems on various roof typesLead roof layouts and complete roof penetrationsEnsure all racking is level, secure, and properly groundedBend and run rooftop conduit for solar wiringPerform basic electrical connections (home runs, jumper wires, etc.)Manage roof-top safety and fall protection in compliance with OSHA Install tilt kits, solar panels, and related componentsRepresent Simply Solar with professionalism and a positive attitudeQualifications1.5+ years of solar installation or roofing experience (minimum)Reliable transportation to and from the warehouseStrong communication skills and attention to detailExperience with battery systems or ground mounts (preferred)Crew leadership or training experience (a plus)Must be able to pass a pre-employment background checkReady to power a cleaner future?Apply today to join Simply Solar, one of California's most respected solar installation companies, and take your solar career to the next level!
