Responsibilities:
Manage your own cases with meaningful autonomy and partner support
Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and other litigation-related documents
Take and defend depositions
Appear in court for hearings, case management conferences, and related proceedings
Work directly with clients and insurance carriers
Assist with trial preparation and attend trial

Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $125,000 - $175,000 + bonus
