Applicants will need to be comfortable with all facets of a new installation, including: ordering materials, scheduling crane service, permit inspections, demoing existing equipment, prepping new equipment to be installed, and performing the installation process itself. PRIMARY SKILLS:Installation of HVAC Split Systems and Roof Top Units (Primarily 5-25 tons)Installation of refrigeration unitsRefrigerant piping and insulationInstallation of sheet metal duct and transitionsInstallation of gas pipingProficient use of Torch, Vacuum pump, recovery machine, and electrical meterInstallation of electrical wire as needed and must be able to disconnect and reconnect from existing unitsCollaborating with sub-contractors on the jobWelding experience is preferredPrevious service experience is preferredPosition Requirements: EPA Certification3-5 years minimum experienceJourneyman LicenseAbility to work on ladders, roofs, lifts, and ground levelOther HVAC related credentials are a plusStrong communication and collaborative skillsExcellent time management and efficiencyAbility to work independentlyPunctual & ReliableEqual Opportunity Employer: QuesTec Mechanical is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
