Talent Corps is currently seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians for a 4-month commercial renovation project involving the conversion of a retail store into a restaurant.
This is an excellent opportunity for electricians with commercial remodel and tenant improvement experience who are ready to start immediately.
Pay:
- $28.00-$30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
Project Duration:
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of commercial electrical experience
- Experience with retail-to-restaurant conversions or commercial tenant improvements
- OSHA 10 Certification (Required)
- Ability to read blueprints
- Reliable transportation
- Basic PPE and hand tools
Responsibilities
- Install and terminate electrical systems
- Bend and install EMT conduit
- Pull and terminate wire
- Install lighting, switches, receptacles, and panels
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Perform commercial remodel work
- Maintain OSHA safety standards
