Medix is seeking an independent, tech-savvy Nurse Practitioner to join a rapidly growing telehealth organization. Following a brief initial training period on-site in Houston, this role transitions to a fully remote telehealth schedule managing consultations, eligibility screenings, and customized clinical treatment protocols.Essential Responsibilities:
Conducting virtual patient consultations and comprehensive health assessments.
Reviewing medical records, diagnostic reports, and supporting clinical documentation to determine patient eligibility for treatment programs based on established guidelines.
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
Educating patients regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, and follow-up care.
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system, managing an average patient volume of 3 patients per hour (20-minute slots).
