Bergen County, New Jersey, Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner Job
Clinical Role:

- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible nurse practitioner
- Must have at least 1 year of post-training primary care or urgent care experience
- Client is open to family or adult nurse practitioners
- Outpatient-only setting
- See 20-30 patients per day (in-person and virtual)
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9a-6p, Friday 9a-3p (40-hour work week)
- Work alongside an internal medicine physician with full support staff, including a dedicated MA
- Responsibilities include patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, ordering tests, prescribing medications, and building patient relationships
- Must be comfortable working independently
- EMR: Practice Fusion
- Spanish bilingual preferred, not required
Required Certifications:
- Active DEA
- ACLS and BLS (or willingness to obtain)

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $140,000
- Uncapped bonus structure based on quarterly collections
- No benefits for first 6 months; eligible for health insurance and 401k after
- Paid time off
- 30 minute daily lunch break
