Ontario OH 44901 LPN/RN Peds Mon,Tues,Thurs, Fri 530p-830p LPN-$25-28; RN- $30-$33 This patient resides with his Parents & siblings in clean, well-kept pet friendly home. Lower acuity care for this patient consisting of Thickened oral feeds, medication administration, seizure monitoring, personal & companion care.
