Vascular Surgery Nurse Practitioner
Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Vascular Surgery Nurse Practitioner for ongoing locum coverage in a hospital-based vascular surgery practice. The provider will split time between the clinic, operating room, and inpatient consult service. Prior vascular surgery experience is required.
Compensation:
$155/hr

Responsibilities
Assist with vascular surgery cases in the operating room
Provide outpatient vascular surgery clinic care
Perform inpatient rounds and consultations
Assist with management of vascular surgery patients
Procedures
Bypass procedures
Amputations
Vascular surgical first assist
Practice Details
Approximately 15 clinic patients per day
Approximately 2 inpatient consults per day
Adult patient population (18+)
150-bed hospital

Requirements
Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Active Pennsylvania license
DEA
Minimum of 1 year of vascular surgery experience
Prior vascular surgery experience with both clinic and OR responsibilities required
Additional Information
Temporary privileges are available for qualified providers with a clean credentialing file.
Estimated credentialing timeframe is approximately 90 days.
