Sandblasting Operator - 1st Shift
Location: Attleboro, MA
Pay: Starting at $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM

You'll be responsible for preparing metal parts by cleaning, smoothing, and finishing surfaces before they move to the next stage of production.
What You'll Do
- Operate sandblasting and abrasive blasting equipment
- Clean, smooth, and prepare metal surfaces for coating or finishing
- Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Load and unload materials safely
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance on blasting equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Read and follow work instructions and production guidelines
What We're Looking For
- Previous sandblasting or abrasive blasting experience is highly preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, metal fabrication, or an industrial environment
- Comfortable using hand tools and basic measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read and understand work instructions
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to comfortably perform the physical requirements of the role, including reaching work areas and handling production materials
