MD / Family Practice Job in Southern, Ohio / Permanent

Looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Practice Physician to join our hospital employed Patient Centered Medical Home.

Office Hours/Work Schedule

Office hours: Monday Friday 8:00a 5:00p (providers work one 8-8 shift per week Tuesday-Thursday)

Work schedule: Tuesday 8:00a 8:00p, Wednesday Friday 8:00a 5:00p OR Monday Friday 8:00a 5:00p

Lab, X-ray and pharmacy have same hours of operation as the UC services

Family practice, CT, MRI and Ultrasound are by scheduled appointments

20-25 patients per day

Procedures: Injections, ear irrigation, breathing treatment, mole/skin tag removal
