BC Internal Medicine physician with experience teaching residents in an outpatient setting and a passion for leadership in academic primary care.

Details:

• Morning continuity clinics with your own independent patient panel

• Up to two learners (Internal Medicine residents and/or medical students) paired with you

• Afternoon resident clinic focused on dedicated precepting

• No double-booking of your personal patient panel

• Shared clinic call coverage within a collegial faculty group

• 0.5 day of protected administrative time weekly, with flexibility based on leadership and program responsibilities

• Back-Up Phone Call Only in rotation every 3rd to 4th week
