This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

• Schedule: Tu-Friday 8a-5pm
• Job Setting: Outpatient
• Types of Cases: Primary Care, All Ages
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
• Must have an active Oregon state license
• Must have an active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
