Fellowship Highlights
- Fully paid 12-month fellowship
- $120,000 salary plus comprehensive benefits, CME, and PTO

- Learn advanced outpatient venous procedures including:
- Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)
- Sclerotherapy
- Venous Ultrasound Interpretation

- Comprehensive management of chronic venous disease
Only 8-10 fellowship positions are available nationwide each year.

Your Career After Fellowship
Upon successful completion of training, you'll transition into a permanent physician role within the organization featuring:

First Year After Fellowship
- $250,000 guaranteed base salary
- $48,000 annual marketing stipend
Year Two & Beyond
- Productivity-based compensation at 18% of collections
- $48,000 annual marketing stipend
- $20,000 annual clinical stipend
Typical physician earnings: $400,000-$500,000+
Top producers: $700,000+
Program Commitment
