Permanent Family Medicine Physician Opportunity in Earl Park, IN

Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care:

    • Diagnose and treat medical illnesses.
    • Provide preventive care, including annual checkups and health risk assessments.
    • Manage chronic conditions and coordinate hospital care as needed.

  • Collaboration:

    • Work collaboratively with colleagues and Advanced Practice Providers.
    • Coordinate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.

  • Community Engagement:

    • Develop strong ties with patients and the local community.
    • Build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families.
What You Can Expect:

  • Schedule:

    • 36 hours of patient contact and 4 hours of administrative work.

  • Flexible Schedule:

    • Includes one evening per week until 6:30 p.m. and one Saturday per month from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

  • Practice Hours:

    • Monday Friday, with variations by day, and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. 12:00 p.m.

  • Average Outpatient Volume:

    • 18 - 21 patients per day.

  • Mentorship:

    • Receive strong mentorship from existing providers.
